Positive Perspective is an established and respected management development and training company. Founded in 1995 Positive Perspective specialises in designing and delivering a very wide range of ILM accredited, bespoke and general Personal and Management Development training programmes.
The courses and additional support aim to enhance the skills of individuals to make them better managers and great leaders and as a result enable them to maximise their personal potential and increase their contribution and value to their companies. Positive Perspective is accredited by the ILM and provides ILM training from Level 2 to Level 6.
Positive Perspective has worked with large well-known companies such as Barclays, Prudential and CBRE along with a diverse range of smaller companies across a wide range of industry sectors including Banking, Insurance, Legal, Facilities Management, Logistics, Retail, Catering and FinTech.
The key focus is always on delivering development support to enable individuals and companies to grow and achieve their full potential with the over-arching aim of Improving the leadership capability across Europe.
Keith Posner co-founded Positive Perspective in 1995 along with his wife Sian.
After graduating with a Law degree from Aberystwyth University, Keith spent a number of years working as a Training Manager for large UK based Financial Services companies.
With an engaging personality and deep understanding of human behaviour, Keith's enthusiasm for learning and development is infectious. He inspires and motivates all those he trains, coaches and supports.
Keith is an experienced coach and mentor - working with senior managers, directors and partners from prominent national, international and global companies, notably within the financial services and facilities management sectors.
In a number of organisations Keith has provided support, guidance and direction on Succession Planning for senior staff. He has also assisted and guided companies in their approach to strategic planning.
Outside the business world Keith shares his skills and knowledge by mentoring young people via The Prince’s Trust.

Sian Posner co-founded Positive Perspective in 1995.
After gaining her Bachelor of Divinity degree at the University College of Wales in Aberystwyth, Sian trained as a Registered General Nurse at St George's Hospital in London.
Sian has a natural empathy with people and is a highly effective Coach and able to help individuals reach their potential.
She has worked with many Positive Perspective clients particularly focussed on individual development areas such as Presentation, Communication, Work-Life Balance and Personal Dynamics.
Michael Gallucci provides quality surveying, project management, expert witness and dispute resolution services. With more than 35 years’ experience in the construction industry, Michael is an expert in mediation, arbitration and dispute resolution.
He is an accomplished and experienced Quantity Surveyor, Project Manager and Quantum Expert Witness.
Michael is a member of the Society of Construction Law, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and is an RICS Accredited Mediator.
Terry is a highly skilled Learning & Development professional with many years of experience, particularly in the Construction, Financial Services and Facilities Management sectors.
Before moving to consultancy, Terry established and led the training department at a number of organisations including Interserve FM Ltd and Norland Managed Services Ltd.
He draws on this experience with a repertoire of skills in psychometric assessment, job analysis and assessment design. Terry also has the knowledge and skills to guide and support recruitment or development activities.
Through his passion for making learning fun and practical, Terry has designed and delivers a wide range of engaging exercises covering management skills, communication, mentoring and coaching for both individual and group learning and development.
His experience encompasses the full range of management roles - from developing young people through their stages of management and leadership to working with senior teams and individuals.
A background in Finance within a complex aviation industry, Steph’s focus has always been ensuring everyone within the organisation understands their role, where they fit in the cog and the importance of doing a good job. Ensuring everyone has the right tools, skills and support required to not only help the business grow but themselves.
