Executive Coaching is conducted on a one-to-one basis, with the aim of developing the strengths and reducing the weaknesses of each individual within their working environment.
After an initial meeting, a flexible, needs-based plan is developed for the individual and the frequency of future meetings agreed (typically every 3 months). This plan is continually reviewed at each coaching session and a detailed Action Plan, covering key goals, for the following period produced.
Although confidentiality is maintained at all times, if the person being coached gives permission, the plan can be shared , where appropriate, with relevant individuals in your organisation.
Coaching will continue for approximately four to six sessions, or until the goals have been achieved. The venue is flexible - your office, your home or some other suitable location agreed upon by all parties.
